3rd Quarter Experiences

During the third quarter, I learned several things related to my own place because we are tasked to do a community-based research. I also learned how to create a Sitemap for my project. There are different challenges or distractions I faced while studying. But I thought myself that challenge is part of everyday life, without them, life will be meaningless.

Because of our task, I learned that community-based research is necessary to remove the various social, cultural, and logistical barriers that confound the well-intentioned efforts of many public health programs. I learned some important information that I barely knew about my place even if it's my hometown. I also learned a lot of new things this quarter aside from the community-based research, like the several things related to the process of learning. For example, intellectual abilities and artistic abilities go hand-in-hand. This quarter was quite difficult for me. But the important part is that I learned a lot of new stuff.

Moving on, I will keep learning despite of the challenges because it keeps my mind active and my body engaged. It aids me in gaining new and informed insights on the world around me. It allows me to expand my horizons, train my brain to deal with a variety of obstacles, and keep me neural networks active. All of these elements work together to keep me healthy.
